For more complex designs digital images of multiple ideas you have sourced either from our website or the internet, this could be anything from decorations, shapes, figurines other features. You can also send us rough layout drawings if need be to help us understand your vision for the order. We respond to emails as fast as we can, but this may take up to 2-3 days during week days and on the next Monday if you email us on Fridays. Please note, we take a very limited number of orders per week and we tend to get fully-booked up to 2 weeks in advance. Cakes designs are protected under intellectual property. We can use other decorator’s ideas as guidance but we will change details, topper placement, colors or tones to adjust it to our style and to respect the original designer.

Yes, 50% to order and the full balance at least 3 days before collection. Note: The order will only be deemed valid once the deposit is made. Any orders with outstanding deposits will not be considered. In the event of last week cancellation, your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Once the order is confirmed a time will be agreed upon, coming earlier than the agreed time will often result in having to wait until the agreed upon time for the cake to be finished. If you don’t collect your order on the date, we will keep it only during 1 more day for cupcakes, cookies, and cake pops and up to 2 days for cakes. After that, we will donate it to charity. No preservatives or additives are used in our products, they should be treated as fresh food and consumed within 48 hours of the collection date.

Yes, we will try to assist you to the best of our ability, however there will be restrictions in several aspects such as complexity and design. Ingredients will be subject to immediate availability and number of orders scheduled for that week.

No motorcycles, No placing the cakes on the seats (as they are not flat and may result in your cake tilting or falling over. If it is summer and hot, please ensure that the aircon is on and that cakes are not left in a hot car unnecessarily), please place the cake on any completely flat surface without a nearby drop such as the passenger foot well or the boot. Please ensure that no loose objects that may shift, move or bounce during transportation are present with the cake. Should the cake be damaged during transportation we will not be held liable for such damages and no compensation will be given.

Yes they are. (Except when plastic toys are supplied or requested) Our figurines are made from fondant, they do however have support structures inside them containing either wooden skewers, and wire or spaghetti at is advisable to remove these before issuing them to small children.

Currently our prices start at R35 a portion with the smallest cake being a 15cm 10 portion cake. From our current range the cheapest would be a 15cm drizzle cake starting at R480 All orders are quoted for individually according to your specific requests

We are certified as neither Kosher nor Halaal. Our base ingredients are all Halaal with the only exception being cakes containing alcohol (By order)

Yes we do, we have a range of gluten-free and/or vegan products the only special dietary requirement we cannot guarantee from our products is absence of nuts traces, if ordered it is under your own risk.
