Cakes designs are protected under intellectual property. We can use other decorator’s ideas as guidance but we will change details, toppers placement, colours or tones to adjust it to our style and to respect the original designer.
We are not liable for cake orders were the client request dark colours as reds, blues, or black colours, which can stain teeth and clothing or affect the cake’s flavour. Inaccuracy of colours like purple and special tones of any colour to match your decoration might occur.
When you order from our list of cakes and flavours, please notice that our vanilla cakes are Chiffon cakes; rich, moist and dense cakes with whisked and folded egg whites, Pound cake and Madeira cake style. Our chocolate cakes are moist, intense, rich and lighter. We don’t make sponge cakes, only by special request for specific reasons or for specific cakes as 3 milk cakes or tiramisú cakes.
Outdoor display of custom specialty cakes are affected by potential outdoor issues that could adversely affect the cake such as poor weather, un-level ground, or debris/insects and it is the sole responsibility of the client.
